Free Trial
LedgerX offers a 14-day free trial for all new users. No payment is required to start your trial. Your trial includes full access to all features of your selected plan.
Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
- Within 7 days of purchase: If you're not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment.
- Technical issues: If you experience technical problems that prevent you from using the service and our support team is unable to resolve them within a reasonable timeframe.
- Billing errors: If you were charged incorrectly due to a system error.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available for:
- Partial months of service
- Unused portions of your subscription
- Add-ons or extra purchases that have been fully utilized
- Account suspensions due to violation of our Terms of Service

Please include your account email and reason for the refund request. We'll process your request within 5-7 business days.
Refund Process
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you'll continue to have access to your account until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for the unused portion of your billing period.
